Ironman challenge for injured Afghan veterans
A team of armed forces veterans from Headley Court, all badly injured while serving in Afghanistan, are taking on the challenge of Ironman UK.
Billed as one of the world's toughest endurance races, competitors have to swim, cycle and run 140 miles, within strict time limits.
