How to make a Stormtrooper helmet
Andrew Ainsworth made Stormtrooper costumes for the original Star Wars film at his workshop in Twickenham, south-west London.
In recent years he has been battling over the rights to continue making and selling the outfits with Lucasfilm, which has been trying to stop him.
Judges at the Supreme Court have now upheld a 2009 Court of Appeal decision allowing Mr Ainsworth to continue selling them.
Andrew Ainsworth showed BBC News how he uses the original moulds he created in the 1970s to create Stormtrooper replicas.
