PM appeals for schools to stay open as day of strikes looms

David Cameron has again appealed for schools to remain open tomorrow during a planned walkout by around three quarters of a million teachers, lecturers and civil servants.

Thousands of schools will close and there'll be disruption at airports as immigration officials join the dispute over pension changes.
