Insurance companies blamed for selling personal details
Insurance companies are coming under fire over claims that victims of car accidents are having their personal details sold to personal injury claim firms.
The former Justice Secretary, Jack Straw, has attacked the practise which he says is a "racket" and has called for tighter regulation.
