Original Bramley apple tree still growing 200 years on
Garden designer and presenter Chris Beardshaw has visited a piece of "living history" - the original Bramley apple tree from which every other originated.
The 200-year-old Bramley tree is still growing strong in a garden in Nottinghamshire, despite at one point being blown over.
Chris Beardshaw finds out how Britain has helped to shape the apple in British to the Core on Wednesday 15 June at 2100 BST on BBC Four.
