Kate and William share kiss on balcony

Prince William and his bride Kate Middleton have appeared on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.

The newlyweds shared a public kiss as thousands of people watched and cheered.

The bride and groom were joined on the balcony with the Queen and the rest of the royal wedding party, including the bride's family, bridesmaids and pageboys.
