Are children exposed to too many alcohol adverts?

The British Medical Journal is backing calls for the government to copy the French and crack down on alcohol advertising that is seen by children.

The authors of the report out on Wednesday believe that this would tackle excessive drinking amongst young people.

David Poley is the chief executive of the Portman Group that represents the drinks industry and Dr Sarah Wollaston is a GP and Conservative MP for Totnes who's trying to change the law. They both spoke to BBC Radio 5 live Breakfast's Nicky Campbell.
