Lord Turnbull: Cabinet 'did not know the score' on Iraq
Two former heads of the civil service have disputed Tony Blair's claim that the cabinet were involved in the decision to go to war in Iraq.
Lords Wilson and Turnbull gave evidence at the Chilcot Inquiry four days after Tony Blair had appeared for the second time.
