West Ham board member Karren Brady has said Sky Sports presenters Richard Keys and Andy Gray "made her blood boil".
The broadcasters were recorded making remarks about a female official at a football match, as well as dismissing Brady's views on sexism in the sport.
Speaking on BBC Radio 5 live, the former Birmingham City managing director told Victoria Derbyshire: "I'm genuinely disappointed. It never would have occurred to me that [Keys and Gray] had these views, whether public or private."
In a statement, Sky told the BBC: "The comments are not acceptable. They were not made on air but we have spoken to Richard and Andy and told them our views and they have apologised and expressed their regret."
