A new mobile phone application has been launched to uncover people grooming children over internet chat rooms.

Four out of five teenagers now have a mobile phone which they use to access chat rooms and social networking sites, but how do we know if those they are chatting to are who they say they are?

Laura Bicker watched the Child Defence application being road-tested.
