Could volunteers save local libraries from council cuts?

Hundreds of libraries are being threatened with closure as part of budget cuts, as councils say fewer people are using them and they cannot afford to keep them all open.

The BBC's Phil Lavelle spoke to volunteers at one community library in Buckinghamshire.
