Hundreds of schools in England face 'failing' tag
The definition of a ''failing'' school is to change as part of a wide range of reforms to the education system in England.
It will apply to schools with GCSE pass rates below 35% at grades A* to C, Education Secretary Michael Gove has said.
The changes are included in the Education White Paper to be published on Wednesday.
