Patients left in pain, Stafford Hospital inquiry is told

The public inquiry into standards of care at Stafford Hospital has heard evidence from a woman whose campaigning was instrumental in an investigation being launched.

Julie Bailey, whose mother died at the hospital in 2007, said patients were left screaming in pain while others had to resort to drinking water from vases.
