US billionaire aids non-league football team

Rich foreign investors are not unknown to take over British football clubs but many probably wouldn't expect an American billionaire to invest in Bedlington Terriers, in Northumberland.

The club's currently in 7th place in the Northern League division one, however, Bob Rich, who is among the top 500 most wealthy people in the world, has taken a shine to the side.

Radio 5Live Rachel Burden and Peter Allen spoke to Bob Rich, who was in Buffalo, in New York state, and the club's general secretary, David Callop.
