Tagging scheme for violent psychiatric patients

For the first time in Britain, a satellite tracking system is being used to monitor the movements of violent offenders with mental health problems.

It is to prevent them absconding or offending while on leave from a secure psychiatric hospital.

The BBC's home affairs correspondent, Danny Shaw, was given unique access to the scheme.
