Is Sandwell as strict as Singapore with litter?


Clearing up litter costs local authorities millions of pounds each year, but while they have the power to hand out fines to litterbugs, most people get away scot free.

But, your chances of getting caught and fined are much higher on the streets of West Bromwich. Sandwell Borough Council is fast earning a reputation for a zero tolerance approach to littering by employing wardens to patrol the streets.
