Children coping with loss of armed forces parent

Help

For hundreds of children it can be hard to carry on with normal life after losing a loved one in the armed forces.

But a special project called FAB - Family Activity Breaks - is offering children up to the age of 19 the chance to go on an adventure holiday where they can meet and socialise with others who have experienced a similar loss.

Richard Westcott reports from Coverack on the Cornish coast.
