How to protect your online reputation

Recent high profile cases have illustrated the danger of people having their public reputation damaged by negative online rumours and social media sites.

BBC Radio 2's Jeremy Vine spoke to Dave King of the agency Digitalis, which aims to help people and businesses recover their good name following negative online commentary.
