Virtual reality gets more real

Virtual reality - using technology to immerse yourself in an artificially created world - has been decades in the making.

Some of the latest headsets can now transport you away to far off shores or put you in the middle of a film scene.

The BBC's North America Technology Correspondent Richard Taylor visited one Silicon Valley start-up to try out the latest in virtual reality and find out how 3D artificial worlds are created.
