The radio pulse device which can stop a car's engine

More than two million stolen passwords used for sites such as Facebook, Google and Yahoo are posted online, Yota launches the world's first e-ink, dual-screen smartphone and a British company demonstrates a prototype device which can stop vehicles using electromagnetic waves.
