Tim Berners-Lee: Net neutrality 'regulation needed'

Tim Berners-Lee's invention has quite literally gone global. The World Wide Web is heralded as changing the way business is done.

But has the web turned out the way he thought it would?

Richard Taylor speaks to Mr Berners-Lee about whether the web still has a way to go before it really becomes the vision he imagined over 20 years ago.
