Facebook to review 'hateful' content following complaints

Facebook has said it will review how it deals with "controversial, harmful and hateful" content after admitting current measures are not effective.

This follows complaints from feminist groups about posts and images they said were misogynistic and degrading to women.

Several companies - including Nationwide - have withdrawn their advertising.
