Royal Family are tech 'early adopters'
Prior to a royal visit later today the Duke of York has been lending his weight to Tech City, the hi-tech hub in east London which the government hopes will provide impetus to the UK economy.
Talking to the BBC's Rory Cellan-Jones, Prince Andrew said that the Royal Family are all "early adopters" of modern technology, using everything from tablets and mobiles, to social networking sites like Yammer.
The Duke of Edinburgh was even an early adopter of Ceefax, he revealed.
