CosPlay competition hits London
London has played host to this year's EuroCosplay Championships, in which contestants dress up and perform as characters.
Performers of "Costume Play" are often inspired by the world of comic books and video animation.
The competition took place at London's Excel conference centre, while it was hosting the Comic Con MCM Expo, which attracted over 60,000 visitors over the weekend.
