Should internet service providers block access to porn?
More than 110,000 people have signed a petition calling on internet service providers to block access to pornography.
It would mean that adults who wanted to watch it online would have to ask their provider for permission.
Pippa Smith is one of the people who handed in the petition at Downing Street on Thursday and says it would be easier than parents putting filters in place at home but James Blessing, from the Internet Service Providers Association, disagrees.
They both spoke to 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire.
