Goal line technology for football put to test

One of the most contentious issues in world sport is whether a ball has crossed the goal line in the penalty box in football.

A Bolton-based firm called GoalMinder thinks it has an answer to the problem, with a new piece of technology.

The BBC's Richard Conway spoke to the co-inventor of Goalminder, Harry Barnes, and former player Lee Sharpe, an advocate of the technology, to find out how it could affect the game of football.
