Blackberry's system meltdown

Technical failures have dogged the smart phone for three days and the company has apologised to customers

Here's my report on the continuing disruption to Blackberry's services caused by the failure of a "core switch".

Tens of millions of customers have been affected over the last three days, prompting the company to apologise.
