Europe's 'daring' mission to send craft to study the Sun
The European Space Agency is to launch a daring space mission to study the Sun, in order to get a new insight into how the star works.
The Solar Orbiter will lift off later this decade and move to a position 42 million km away from the Sun, closer than any craft has ever been sent before.
