Durban climate talks 'lack urgency'

As climate change talks draw to a close in the South African city of Durban, there is still no binding agreement on climate change.

World leaders from rich and poor countries have spent two weeks discussing everything from protecting forests to clean energy.

Some experienced delegates have said the talks appear to lack urgency.

Richard Black reports from Durban.
