Mars rover explores ancient crater Endeavour
Nasa has released footage of the Mars exploration rover, Opportunity, moving across the surface of Mars, filmed by one of its hazard cameras.
The solar-powered, six-wheel robotic explorer arrived at Endeavour crater after driving 21km (13 miles).
The drive, which took nearly three years, culminated on Tuesday, when Opportunity signalled it had arrived at the location dubbed ''Spirit Point'' in honour of its counterpart, which fell silent last year.
John Callas of Nasa explained why the exploration of the Endeavour crater was ''very exciting'.'
