Alex Lockett is from Project Pigeon which teaches people the art of pigeon caring. She tells BBC Radio 5 live: "Pigeons are such fascinating creatures... We owe a lot to pigeons."
However, pest controller Nick Robertson tells presenter Tony Livesey: "The problem most towns have are with feral pigeons.... It's a bit like handling a rat."
