Space shuttle Discovery undocks for final journey to Earth

The space shuttle Discovery has undocked from the International Space Station (ISS) for its final journey back to Earth.

Nasa said Discovery had made important deliveries on its final mission providing supplies for the crew on board the ISS.

ISS mission commander, Scott Kelly, led the crew in bidding the space shuttle farewell. Once it returns to Earth, Discovery will be placed in a museum.
