Scientists attempt fastest crossing of Antarctica

Help

A team of explorers and scientists will be soon setting out for Antarctica for what they hope will be the fastest land crossing of the continent ever.

On their way the Moon Regan Expedition will test new equipment designed to reduce the environmental impact of manned missions to the south pole.

Neil Bowdler went to meet the team and to see the equipment they will be taking with them.
