The family of a missing Monmouthshire man have been notified that a body has been found by a walker in Devon.
However, police say the body of the man found in woodland near Fernworthy Reservoir, close to Chagford, has not yet been identified.
Joel Andrews, 24, of Caldicot, was last seen six weeks ago after a rave on Dartmoor, close to the reservoir.
Search teams scoured the countryside along with scores of his relatives and friends.
The body, which was found on Sunday, has been removed from the scene and a post mortem examination is due to take place later on Monday.
Police and Mr Andrews' family have been appealing for information since his disappearance.
His family put up posters around Glastonbury before the festival in the hope that people would come forward.
A Facebook page was also created by friends to help find him.
'Out of character'
Mr Andrews, who used to live in Bristol and put on music nights in the city, had moved back home to Caldicot.
He was said to be very close to his family, including his two brothers and a sister.
His mother Tracey Reid, 46, previously said it was hugely out of character for her son not to be in touch.
"Wherever he went he always phoned me and let me know he was coming home," she had said.
He was last seen wearing a grey Animal hooded top and jeans and a dark green waist-length jacket.
