#BBCtrending: Fighting rude drivers with politeness

Meet the Russian activists who are trying to stop bad driving with politeness.

StopXam, which means stop rude people, was started in 2010 in Russia and has spread to Ukraine and Moldova.

Videos showing heated exchanges with drivers have been watched 200 million times on YouTube. They've even met President Vladimir Putin.
