Filmmaker travels US via strangers on Craigslist.org
During the height of the recession in the US, Hollywood director Joe Garner questioned what would happen to him if he lost everything.
"What if I couldn't even depend on my family and friends?" he asks. It is the question that forms the basis for his new documentary film Craigslist Joe.
For 30 days, Mr Garner turned to Craigslist to see if he could find ways to get the food, transportation and shelter he needed on a trip around the US.
Would strangers he contacted online be happy to help?
Craigslist Joe is now playing in select theatres in the US.
