Dunmow Flitch trial: Bacon keeps couple's romance sizzling
Dating back hundreds of years, the Dunmow Flitch trials involve five couples trying to convince a jury of bachelors and maidens that they are totally in love.
Should they succeed, they win a flitch - half a pig.
The event takes place every four years in the town of Dunmow, in Essex. BBC News went along to watch.
Produced by Dan Curtis.
