Vidal Sassoon, who revolutionised the hair-dressing business in the 60s, died this week at the age of 84.

In a career spanning 60 years he created the "bob" hairstyle and introduced a range of hair products marketed under his name.

Director Craig Teper followed Sassoon with his camera for several years, resulting in the film Vidal Sassoon: The Movie, which was released in 2010. He shared some of his memories of the style icon with the BBC.
