Clog dance flashmob surprises Newcastle shoppers


A flashmob of more than 140 clog dancers from across the North East have sprung a performance on the unsuspecting public in Newcastle city centre.

Conductor and BBC Radio 3 presenter Charles Hazlewood and a team of local enthusiasts led by expert clog dancer Laura Connolly, recruited and trained the group in an attempt to reignite passion for the traditional dance.
