Hell and high water on the Zambezi

They battled raging rapids, endured cliff top camping and dodged hungry hippos. For Comic Relief 2013, six celebrities were challenged to make a dramatic journey down Africa's mighty Zambezi River - to raise as much cash as possible for Red Nose Day.

Dara O'Briain, Melanie C, Jack Dee, Chelsee Healey, Phillips Idowu and Greg James spent five days travelling downstream - stopping off at a school on the way to meet some of the young people who could benefit from the team's hard work.

Here - with Dara and Mel C - take a look at some of the memorable moments from their African adventure.
