NHS mental health cuts in England 'risk lives'

Cuts to NHS budgets for mental health care in England are putting lives at risk, a group of six mental health organisations has warned.

Figures reveal that early intervention schemes to help young mental health patients have been reduced over the past 12 months, as Michael Buchanan reports.
