Ainsley Harriott's tips for a healthier diet

Families are being urged to remove fatty and sugary foods from their diets, in a new campaign by Public Health England.

Experts say making simple switches to what we eat and drink could make a considerable difference to the size of our waistlines.

The chef, Ainsley Harriott, is the face of the campaign and outlined a few small changes people can make for a healthier diet.
