GP surgery trials online appointments

From April 2014 GPs in England will have greater flexibility over their schedules and will no longer have to offer their patients appointments lasting at least 10 minutes.

Tim Muffett visits a practice in London that is offering online appointments to find out how the system is changing the way they work.
