Fat pledge by food makers defended by minister

A deal between food industry bosses and the government aimed at reducing the amount of unsaturated fats contained in food products is "hugely encouraging".
Public health minister for England Jane Ellison defended the voluntary "responsibility deal", which experts have said doesn't do enough to make our food healthier.
She told the BBC: "We can always do more...but we've got over 500 big companies signed up."
