Hospital inspections: New regime under way in England

Changes to the way hospitals in England are inspected which will see longer, more thorough checks carried out by bigger teams, are under way.
The chief inspector of hospitals, Sir David Nicholson, announced the radical overhaul in July which sees both healthcare professionals and members of the public taking part.
