On the front line in A&E

For months now there have been dire warnings about the state of England's A&E departments, and earlier in August the government promised a £500m bailout to help get the worst-performing hospitals through this winter.

But how are staff coping on the front line of emergency healthcare?

Jenny Hill spent a shift on the emergency ward of Arrowe Park Hospital on the Wirral.
