Stafford Hospital: Julie Bailey demands resignations

A public inquiry into the failings of Stafford Hospital has called for sweeping changes to the culture and regulation of the NHS in England.

The inquiry's chairman, Robert Francis QC, said there were failings from the top to bottom of the health service.

Cure the NHS campaigner Julie Bailey, whose mother died at the hospital, has called on those who she considers responsible to resign.
