Winter vomiting bug: Hospitals ban visitors
Hospitals around the UK have been closing wards to visitors in the hope of preventing the spread of the winter vomiting bug, norovirus.
The norovirus has arrived early this year and it is estimated up to three-quarters of a million people could have been infected.
