US cousin donates kidney after seeing post on Facebook
A man has received a kidney transplant using an organ donated from an American cousin who saw a post on Facebook.
John Williamson from Michigan in the United States saw that his cousin Andy Williamson in the UK desperately needed the transplant.
John flew over and on Friday both men underwent an operation.
They are both recovering at Southmead Hospital in Bristol.
