'Dramatic rise' in self-harm cases in UK

As many as one in 12 young people in the UK carry out self-harm, according to a study by a mental health charity.

Young Minds found the majority of parents, teachers and GPs did not know how to support those who turn to them for help.

Graham Satchell has been to meet one young woman who has struggled for years to cope with self-harm.
